GIRLS' COMMON ROOM

There is a need for personal space especially for girls who are young adults. This is very essential for them to interact, discuss with their counterparts and also rest if and when needed. Our college has recognized the need for this personal space for girls.Girls are given enough freedom and also made to feel secure in the institution by facilitating their necessities.

To facilitate our students, the Campus has established a spacious and comfortable  Girls’ Common Room  which is situated in front of the Dr.Rajani Singh bhavan. It is a spacious room with proper sitting arrangement, lights and fans.washroom and water points are situated near by. It is surrounded with greenery. It is properly ventilated, well- lit, neat and clean to provide a friendly ambience to its users.

Daily newspapers, magazines, periodical and journals are available for leisure reading. For any emergency situation contact numbers of MAHILA PRAKOSTH members are displayed on the notice board of the common room.

Girls utilize the space for information sharing and building a leisurely bond of tradition and values with the companion girl.

The room is well-managed and maintained by a female attendant.

This room forms a safe cocoon for our girls if need be.
