6.3.5 - Institutions Performance Appraisal System for teaching Staff

This is confidential report which is evaluated by the Principal.

This is also done by collecting the feedback from students on teacher’s performance at the end of each academic year for further progress and implementation

Performance Appraisal System for non-teaching staff:

This is purely done on the basis of the overall performance of the non-teaching staff within the campus evaluated by the in-charge of the Departments and the confidential report submitted to the Principal for the final evaluation. At the end of session All employees have to submit their Annual onfidential Report to principal, which is sent to higher authoritirs after grading from principal. The adverse entry is communicted for representation to such employees. The promotion is done on basis of that appraisal.
